Working principle of PF series Impact crusher (impactor): it is a kind of crushing equipment using impact energy to crush materials. When entering the working area of the hammer, materials are continuously thrown to the impact device above the rotor under the impact function of hammer at a high speed. Then they are rebounded from the impact liner to the working area of the hammer, and are impacted again. The materials from large to small are to be crushed in the first and second impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop until the materials are crushed to the required size and then discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the distance between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the shape and size of the final products. PF-series impact crusher adopts weight-type safety device at the impact frame. When the material which cannot be crushed enters the impact chamber the impact frame will fallback, and the material is discharged from the equipments.
