1. This system is composed by Hv motor pump, Lubrication motor pump, Oil -absorbing filters, high pressure filter, lubricating oil filter, Overflow valve, Electromagnetic valve, level controller, shock-proof pressure gauge, air cleaner, Level thermometer and other hydraulic accessories.

A. Automatic Status: There are many protective measures such as lubricating in low pressure, jack-up at high pressure, overpressure, low liquid level, filter jam, oil-supplied shortage, high temperature of lubricating return oil, emergency stop and etc.
a) High Pressure Part:
During the mobile cone adjustment, while system pressure reaches to rated value of pressure relay, then the high pressure motor pump stops working. At this time, crusher has reached the target open status. The height of mobile cone is hold by accumulator. Accumulator is on main frame. While there is any iron, the mobile cone will be forced fall down and the hydraulic oil in rodless chamber of oil cylinder is forced getting into accumulator. After iron gets passed, hydraulic oil which is influenced by high pressure gas in accumulator gets back to rodless chamber of hydraulic cylinder so that it will be normal again.
b) Lubrication Part: Lubricating pump motor system, there is differential pressure indicator of filter in lubricating system. When the pressure difference between the front and back of filter gets to the set value of differential pressure indicator if filter gets blocked, then the indicator will give an alarm. Oil flow indicator will control the oil way. There is also a protective device for over high temperature for return oil. When there is a conflict error happening and it makes a over high temperature of lubricating oil, then the indicator of return oil temperature will give a signal to stop the equipment.
